Morgan Glynn is an Associate of the Mahoney Law Group, APC. Ms. Glynn specializes in labor and employment litigation, representing employees against employers in individual and class claims, including wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, sexual harassment and workplace discrimination including discrimination based on age, race, national origin, sex and disability.

Before joining the Mahoney Law Group, Ms. Glynn worked at a boutique employment law firm where she focused on representing employees in wage and hour claims. She has successfully secured both individual and class action settlements on behalf of her clients.

Ms. Glynn is a graduate of the University of San Diego, School of Law. During law school, Ms. Glynn served as Comments Editor for The San Diego Journal of Climate and Energy Law and was a member of the university’s Business Law Society. Ms. Glynn received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Minor in French. She also studied at the Institut d’Études Politiques in Paris, France.

Ms. Glynn is admitted to the California State Bar. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.
